earn ph Terms & Conditions

Please read this Agreement carefully. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and earn ph ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of earnph.bio. This Agreement applies to all users of the earn ph platform, including those who register for an account, access game content, make deposits, or otherwise interact with any earn ph service.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "earn ph" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at earnph.bio and all associated mobile interfaces.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the earn ph platform.
• "Balance" means the funds credited to a Player's earn ph Account in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, bingo, fishing game, sports bet, or other wagering activity made available through earn ph.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other promotional benefit awarded by earn ph subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "GCash" and "PayMaya" refer to the Philippine mobile wallet services used for deposits and withdrawals on earn ph.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the earn ph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the earn ph platform. The minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines is 21, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. earn ph will verify your age at registration and at any subsequent point. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing earn ph does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one earn ph account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who are under any legal disability or who have been subject to a self-exclusion order must not register or attempt to access earn ph.

3. Account Registration

To use real-money features on earn ph, you must register for an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update your Account details if they change.
• You are the sole authorised user of your earn ph Account and you will not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You will select a strong password and keep it confidential. earn ph will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

earn ph reserves the right to require identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address) at any time before processing withdrawals or in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documents may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functions.

4. Deposits & Payments

earn ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• The minimum deposit on earn ph is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and Account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your earn ph Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. earn ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Only funds from payment methods registered in your own name may be used to fund your earn ph Account. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• earn ph does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• By depositing, you confirm that the funds are not derived from criminal activity and that you are not using earn ph for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available earn ph Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• earn ph may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity.
• Bonus-funded balances are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. A balance derived solely from bonus credits that has not met the relevant wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• earn ph reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request that has not yet been processed if the Player's Account is found to be in breach of this Agreement.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

earn ph offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players. The following general conditions apply to all earn ph bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• earn ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including but not limited to multiple account abuse, collusion, or exploitation of platform errors — will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• earn ph is not responsible for technical errors that result in the incorrect display or crediting of bonus amounts. Manifest errors will be corrected at earn ph's discretion.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

Each Game available on earn ph is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before wagering. In addition:

• All earn ph slot and RNG games operate on certified random number generators independently audited for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot is displayed within the game information panel.
• Live dealer games at earn ph are streamed from professional studios operated by licensed game providers. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, earn ph will resolve the round using the last confirmed game state. earn ph is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• In the event of a manifest technical error affecting game outcomes or payouts, earn ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on earn ph and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with earn ph games or betting markets.
• Collusion or coordinated play designed to exploit earn ph games or bonus systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Players who discover errors must report them to earn ph support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay intent.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing earn ph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

earn ph is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered Players within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your earn ph account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a set play duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from earn ph. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

earn ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• earn ph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The Player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A self-exclusion order is in effect for the Player.

Upon closure of an Account for breach, earn ph may, at its discretion, void all pending bets and bonus balances. Genuine deposited funds not derived from bonuses may be returned to the Player, subject to satisfactory identity verification and applicable deductions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the earn ph platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, logos, and the earn ph brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of earn ph or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the earn ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any earn ph content without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, earn ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. earn ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

earn ph makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Privacy

earn ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By creating an earn ph Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments

earn ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the earn ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
